Tabitha Foundation for the Less Privileged is a registered non-profit, non-political humanitarian organization dedicated to improving the lives of vulnerable and underserved individuals through empowerment, capacity building and sustainable development initiatives.
Tabitha Foundation for the Less Privileged was established with a passion for humanitarian service. The Foundation creates opportunities that enable individuals to discover their potential, acquire practical skills, and attain socio-economic independence. Our work goes beyond temporary relief by equipping people with the tools, mentorship, and support they need to rise with dignity and confidence.
Our programmes respond to immediate challenges while building long-term capacity for independent, purposeful living. Each intervention is designed to help people learn, grow, connect and create a more sustainable future.
Practical training that helps beneficiaries develop employable and income-generating skills.
Focused initiatives that equip young people, women and girls with relevant skills, resources and support systems
Capacity building for aspiring and emerging entrepreneurs to start, grow and manage sustainable ventures.
Workshops and guided platforms that strengthen confidence, purpose, values, responsible leadership and talent development.
Our approach combines compassion with practical empowerment. We recognize that vulnerable individuals may need immediate care, but long-term change also requires capacity, opportunity and support systems that reduce dependency and strengthen livelihoods.
We engage communities and beneficiaries to understand priority challenges, strengths and opportunities.
We provide training, mentorship, workshops and self-development programmes that strengthen competence and confidence.
We connect beneficiaries to skills, networks, resources and platforms for personal and economic advancement.
We encourage self-reliance, entrepreneurship, leadership and continued community development.
Our work is guided by compassion, integrity, accountability, excellence, empowerment, service, transparency, respect for human dignity and collaboration. These values shape how we design programmes, manage relationships, use resources and engage the people and communities we serve.
We connect humanitarian care with long-term capacity building rather than treating relief and empowerment as separate needs.
Programmes are built around skills, knowledge, mentorship and opportunity that can support productive living.
We honour the worth, rights and potential of every individual and avoid reducing people to their circumstances.
Integrity, accountability and transparency guide programme delivery, partnerships and resource management.
